I have lived at West Oak apartments for six years. It started off to not be such a quiet community but they got rid of the bad tenants and ever since then it's been wonderful. Most of the time neighbors are pretty quiet and respectful. There is a man who cleans the property every day and Julie the manager is fantastic!
