We always appreciate the fun events they put on! Rigo our maintenance provider has always been SO helpful and friendly anytime there is a request or repair!! Super quick, respectful of your space/ shoes on carpet, overall an amazing maintenance provider!! We wish we moved to this complex sooner, but so happy to call it home now! Office staff are super responsive and kind, lawn and pool care happen weekly, apartments are updated, it is a small-intimate community in a great area of town! We love West Oaks!!
The yappy hour event was great! The dogs had so much fun and enjoyed the treats.

I’ve lived in my apartment complex for the past 2 years and I honestly really love it here. It’s been such a comfortable and welcoming place to call home. One of the biggest things I appreciate is how fast and efficient the maintenance team is. Anytime I’ve had an issue, they respond quickly and always get things taken care of without any hassle—and they’re super friendly while doing it. The community overall is also really great.
