I've been taking my dogs and cats to Dr. Allen for many years. Dr. Allen is very caring and really listens and will discuss different treatment options if necessary. This is not one of those "fancy" type of clinics, which I like. They never try to push off anything I don't need or want, making it seem like my pets will perish if I don't use this shampoo or that vitamin, in order to pay for their fancy decor. I remember taking my dog here since he was a pup. The Dr. was very caring, compassionate and willing to listen. He is honest and willing to try things your way if he feels you make a valid point. While I can't say I can't say I know the whole staff, the people I do know are very professional but at the same time as friendly as your closest friends. I recommend this clinic highly because I believe any pet placed in their care is in good hands.
Dr, Allen is a very competent vet and a nice person as well! The staff is very helpful too. We have used his services for our dogs for about 8 years
My baby girl Kookie first appointment was wonderful. The staff and Dr. Cordon were very good to me and Kookies. Explained the do ' and dont's to me. Thank you!

Everybody at west oaks was friendly, and very professional. They helped me figure out the noise my sweetie was making was a reverse sneeze. They even took the time to show me a video. Thank ya'll so much. Highly recommend this business! Thanks Chase, and Cassandra
