Went to West Oak L&M on 5/16/25 with my husband to view a Range Rover. We were met by Victor who was the most respectful, friendly guy! He attended to us until we could meet with Alex. Alex was very friendly and professional as well. He took us on a test drive and showed us some of the vehicles features and took his time in working with us. We really liked the vehicle. Alex is a top notch guy! Went to look at this X5 and he was very honest about some issues the car had. Windshield was also cracked but he said he was going to take care of it prior to the sale. After a test drive and some negotiations, we landed on a deal that worked for both of us. This was the smoothest dealership transaction I’ve ever had.
