Nice neighborhood. Good people. Family environment.
I have recently moved to West Oak Apartments and I love living here! I was looking for a place to rent within walking distance of Joyner Park, the historic district, and the seminary campus. West Oak was perfectly situated. They are so pet friendly, conveniently located, and wonderfully quiet! Please don’t let older reviews discourage you from checking into West Oak. I was a resident here, Linda was my apartment manager. When I spoke to her on the phone she was very nice. But it was almost impossible to get a hold of her on the phone, she did not have an office that I could visit and she rarely responded to emails. We had cockroaches the whole year we lived there and it was never taken care of. It is cheap housing but not even worth the price.
