This was once one of my favorite stores for anything hardware related. Now, it's an absolute joke. Inventory is either misplaced or out constantly. Employees have no idea what they are doing or what they are talking about, except the old man! Very thankful he's still there. The new owner is letting the place run into the ground.
Great employees but the new owner better watch the prices…. Water softener salt use to be around 9 dollars with old owner but now it is 12.99 40lbs nice try I will drive to Menards for 7.29 50 lb bag. If you inflated that product. how many more? West O store location……
