Called upon West Nova/Oulton Fuels for some recent work. They were extremely accommodating with regards to my tight timelines. They showed up when they were supposed to, got the work done in a timely manner AND cleaned up their mess before they left. They would be my first call for any home heating needs in the future. Hot water burner stopped working. I called the next day and received swift service. I find companies don't always get credit for taking care of customers; people are most vocal if there is an issue. This is a perfect example of getting everything you could hope for. From the time the hot water stopped working to the time of service was less than 24 hours. Oulton 's are great. Good service and easy to deal.with. I was shocked reading the negative reviews. Claiming negligence for decreased fuel costs after a new part was installed and a problem fixed (!!) after 7 years of service when it was one of the warmest winters in local history seems a tad... well... off. I have called with questions and inquiries and also asked for some follow up and it was always friendly 'Yup, no problem' or "sorry to hear that, we will fix it" I do service work and for the love of God I know not ever... read more
