Dr Brandon Holmes and staff are so thorough when I bring my dog there. They always go above and beyond to care for Beaus needs.
Needed our vet but because our last appointment was 25 months ago they cancelled us and are not taking new clients. Very disappointed 😞
After calling 3 other local vets who didn't want to deal with a "spicy" kitty, WN Animal Clinic was very quick in making appointment and helpful. Not only they were willing to deal with my kitty, the doctor was friendly, explained to me the problem, and gave me options to inexpensive treatment. Thank you. It has been pleasure. Clair is already doing better. Side note.... If you were ever considering to potty train your cat, definitely do it. It definitely made it easy to get a sterile urine sample vs. other options.
Staff are friendly and very helpful. They take great care of our furbabies!!!
If I could give them 10 stars I would! They went above and beyond to help care for my cat when she was so sick! The staff is wonderful. Jolene and Rachel at the front desk are so sweet and never minded to give me an update on my cat even after the 10th time I called! The techs are always wonderful and very kind to the animals. Dr Holmes was very caring and helped my cat make a full recovery! He personally took the time to call me and update me on her condition and speak with me about any concerns I had. They are very efficient to say the least. Dr. Hofmeister spends as much time as your pet needs and doesn't rush you through. He is understanding and very compassionate. I have emailed this office on numerous occasions, and every email is answered right away, despite their busy schedules. One of my dogs has cancer, and they see her the same day if need be. I Can't say enough good things about this office. I feel blessed that my dogs are taken care of here.
