If I could give this dentist no stars I would! He is extremely rude and unprofessional! I have been nice enough to reschedule my appointment for a routine cleaning since December so that emergency patients can be seen as a priority. Today when I was finally able to get my appointment I called to say I was in traffic to make sure I could still be seen. Bad service! I was there about 10 mins before my appointment time, but I was still waiting for more than 2 hrs to see the dentist. The whole process wasn’t pleasure at all. no many communications except “open your month bigger... hold it” .. they took the pictures of my teeth about 30 hours. And then the doctor walked in and told me I done with today and I need schedule two more appointments for deep cleaning which my insurance company may not cover. What does this visit for?
