I had not been to the dentist in many years due to a hand injury that required me having multiple surgeries, so my mouth was neglected and literally I have so many issues. I had an appointment the other day. Was a scheduled appointment, made months ago. I never got a conformation call a week before, so I assumed all was okay. When I arrived at my appointment time, 11:00 a.m. I was greeted with "Your appointment was at 10:15." I RESPONDED, "No my appointment time was 11:00."
