Wonderful staff, loved Dr Howard. I have severe anxiety at the dentist office and they were so sweet and patient with me. Highly recommend
DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!! I was told that I had severe gum recession, needed 1 for sure possibly 3 root canals and a cavity filled that had already been filled years ago. Sent X-rays to a family member who is a dentist, she said it was all BS!!! Only some tiny cavities that would need fillings. A root canals would have ruined my healthy teeth. HORRIBLE!!
I truly can’t recommend West Nashville Smiles Dentistry enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for by every member of the team. The office is beautiful, clean, and runs like clockwork. But what really sets this place apart is the people—and the outstanding care they provide. Dr. Catherine Howard is absolutely phenomenal. Previous dentist to Dr.Call was a mess and I’m glad he’s gone.. Dr.Call is not much better though. He’s very friendly and personable, but the work he did didn’t last longer than 2 years. Not only did it not last, it’s ugly too! I had another dentist tell me dr.Call gave me “pancakes” and all the anatomy on my crowns is gone. The receptionists are nice and office manager Megan was very patient and clam with me despite my frustration with the quality of work done to my teeth.
