I was in search of a new lash tech since I moved to the area recently. The vibe was overall good as well as the customer service. I got my lashes done by Lupe/Xochilt at OutLashedd (at this location) and I showed up for my 12:30 pm appointment and didn’t end up leaving until 5:30pm (5HOURS!!). I came here for the first time and was giving them a chance. First of all Sheyla took 3 hours for a simple set. And 2 nails broke the next day. I asked her if I could come in to get them fixed and she said she was booked but she would ask the other girls and she never replied since. This place is not professional at all. All my nails lifted within 1-3 days . Cheap!
