The doctors are great, all kind hearted and treat my boys with love & respect. One particular nurse (short bob hair w/ glasses, big time boomer.)or secretary has a major chip on her shoulder. She's got a terrible attitude, 2nd time she made my visit uneasy. She shouldn't even be working that front desk anymore, she should just retire. She doesnt even know what google pay is, she gave me a hard time when I asked her a question about google pay. I would give this place 5 stars but its fallen to 3 cause of her in particular. We love this office- everyone from the front desk, nurses, and doctors (we have seen them all) is friendly, caring, and helpful. We see Dr. Kandy as our primary pediatrician and we appreciate not only how sweet she is with our son but also her thorough approach, wide knowledge base, and how she addresses all of our questions and never makes us feel rushed.
