A friend of mine recently bought a Grey GMC and had to go back rather quickly for inspection due to brake concerns. After an inspection, I was told that the vehicle was going to need brake pads and rotors because of there condition. According to the advisor, the brake pads were low and the rotors were in very bad shape all around. This is pretty ridiculous mostly because they recently purchased the vehicle. Amazing, this is the 4th vehicle we have bought from West Mitsubishi! Sonny and George are wonderful to work with, great at their jobs, we are very happy!!! The service department with Edgar and Chris are top notch as well, we are very satisfied with our experience!!!
