I have been a client since 2002 and had a few issues with doctors and Pharamacy messing up my scripts. I’m ok with that however, the way the pharmacist handled an adverse situation was unprofessional, rude and just plain unnecessary. He yelled at me, talked over me, and simply did not know how to listen. I never write bad reviews but I just found this to be completely unacceptable. I am now going to Walgreens and will never step foot in WMP again.
The home delivery is a god-send to me, as my COPD makes running to various stores extremely difficult, plus they honor prescriptions entered by doctors and then deliver them....VERY important, especially during the winter in West Milford. Also a kind and caring staff willing to go the extra mile.
I've been getting my prescriptions filled there for the past year. they've been what i expect from a pharmacy. tonight, though, they went above and beyond. i picked up a couple of prescriptions. there were a couple of others not ready as they were waiting for call backs from my doc. they offered to deliver them, as i didnt want to go back tonight. i told them id just wait till Friday to pick them up. to make an already long story short,,, they delivered them saying they didn't want me to go without. Worst place ever waited over 24 hours for my meds then they couldn't find my meds. So I asked for my prescriptions back .so the owner gave me prescriptions that belonged from another person that weren't mine
Excellent service, Manager is very helpful and kind, best place to shop for gifts!
