I have called 5 times, left voicemails and sent an email via your site. I know your open during COVID-19 time because you saw a colleague of mine last week. It would be nice if someone could return voicemails, emails or simply answer the phone.

First time at dent first in Midtown location and everyone was so pleasant from the front desk all the way until Julie did my cleaning, very gentle...I definitely would recommend them for anyone looking for a dentist...They are now my new dental office.Thanks DENT FIRST!!!

This place is a front. I emailed them more than two weeks ago asking if I could make an appointment for a simple cleaning. I still haven't gotten a response. They will not answer their phone so you can't call them. I decided to just go in physically to talk to them, but when I got there, the doors were inexplicably locked, even though the website says they are open. After a few more attempts at calling, I just gave up. Something really shady is going on with this place. I recommend to skip yourself the hassle.

This was my first time visiting this office, I was VERY impressed by the clean, modern appearance, the amazing furnishings, state of art sign in procedures and friendly staff. I even received an amazing gift bag full of goodies ! BUT my hygienist was HORRIBLE, the word horrible doesn't even begin to express her technique......Love the Dentist though he was very knowledgeable and had an amazing personality.
