Mike, the owner, explains necessary repairs, as does his manager Craig. Mike has repeatedly saved me money over other quotes by repairing what is required, versus what is simpler for a mechanic to replace and increases costs. They did my sister’s transmission work and saved her thousands over the dealership’s quote. Trustworthy and they do excellent work at fair prices. Highly recommend.
This place is a joke!. We have had our car in the shop now 3 times to get the transmission fixed, 3!!! They are supposed to specialize in "quality" transmission repairs, well where is the quality when I have to return the car to be fixed only 4 months after you "fixed" the SAME problem!? And Craig isn't any help with his I don't care attitude, he doesn't even pick up the frustration we have with them!. You would think they would offer a free warranty on the transmission ( which THEY rebuilt ) since he keeps doing the same th... read more
