The employees here are incredible! They do their jobs quickly & effectively , yet are also extremely caring. The practice seems to be run in a very efficient manner, wait times are almost non-existent. Frankly I wish they offered more procedures - I would definitely choose them over any other surgical center I've been to!
I was just there for an egd to get my esophagus stretched, ppl are nice but they rush to do everything and rush to wake you up from sedation which made me sick and puking in the parking lot…. Furthermore it was supposed to just be a stretch and they took a biopsy without my consent and now my throat is literally on fire, can barely drink even water and definitely can’t eat anything! Unbelievably HORRIBLE customer service!! Zero stars! They don't deserve even 1 star! Never sent me statements, Tamra told me not to call back after I had left several messages for office manager, Jessica. Wanted a statement regarding some information on my account and Jessica told Stacy to tell me "there is no reason to send a statement and we are not going to send it." Jessica never called me back!!
