While the sales manager with whom I worked (Bill) lacked some professionalism (e.g., 30+ minutes late for our scheduled pre-sale meeting, a no-show on a post-installation meeting, very little communication on the installation schedule), the installation and service crew were excellent. Cody winterized my sprinkler system today. Very efficient and knowledgeable. I have several zones and a pump that pulls water from the lake. He went through all zones twice, until he could see that it was clear. I can highly recommend them and Cody.
Andrew with West Michigan Sprinkling arrived early and finished the job timely. He wasted no time completing my repairs and suggested helpful ways to optimize my watering.
Had inital problems with tech that came out for the beginning of the season, but the second tech that came out, Joey, looked over everything and addressed all of the issues that should have been done by the first tech. Joey was great to work with, I appreciated the extra care he gave.
