Billing dept is is full of fine print and a constant charge of the card- $1200 more then expected/discussed. The provider was wonderful. The office itself is there for the money. They say one thing and do another- they even change the billing codes to add extra hours so they can bill more. If it wasn’t for the therapist himself I’d be over the top angry. The therapist was completely there for us and our child in any way he could be.
BEWARE - will deny you medical records Doctor/owner refused to give me medical records! Have requested multiple time and am now taking further action! This is illegal! They don't care! I am done!

There communication is very poor. There billing process is even worse. How are you suppose to know you need a payment plan if you don't know how much the bill is going to be! My bill go through insurance they do cover a portion which they originally told me they would not. The doctor who spoke to me was disrespectful and insulting. I could not believe how unprofessional she was!!! We are not sure if we will be staying to further our child treatment. Original that was the plan but now not so sure.
