We worked with Jim Inman to spec our cabinets and although he was initially helpful, he also was very misleading and never owned his error. We were told we were purchasing high quality plywood cabinets, but what arrived was mostly made of MDF, especially in critical areas where hardware is attached. We’ve since had several failures where screws have stripped out that I’ve had to fix myself. We worked with Craig on cabinets, hardware and countertops for our kitchen and we had such a great experience! Craig was so helpful and knowledgeable and helped draw up our kitchen layout and walk me through all the selections. We couldn’t have done it without him and we are so grateful for our experience with the team!
