Overall excellent. One problem that needs resolved. The office on Ionia is in with GR Opthamology, which locks the doors for their lunch from 12-1. My appt. Was 12:30. Being my first appointment. I got there at 12,15 which is usually expected to complete paperwork, etc. Needless to say no one was around and everything is locked up. I just about left. Suggestion - if you have an appt scheduled during this time please let them know things are closed, but to be patient and someone will come out to get them. Thank You!!
