Great staff and Doctor Alexus. Very helpful in explaining things.
Dr. Squires was quick to see me when I injured my foot, I was so impressed with how she evaluated my x-rays right with me and made treatment recommendations based on both my history and my current injury. Everything I needed was right in the office - x-rays, a CAM walking boot fitted to me, and MLS laser therapy which quickly decreased both my pain and inflammation. I highly recommend coming to see Dr. Squires at West Michigan Foot and Ankle.
My husband and I have had the best experience with Dr. Squires, from custom orthotics to prompt attention to an injury to MLS laser therapy. We both agree that there are very few providers in this world that go as above and beyond as Dr. Squires does!
Spent over $400 on custom orthotics by Go 4-D here, and the doctor was unsympathetic that they did not support my foot any better than the PowerStep insoles I bought at Snyder's Shoes. I would have given a 3-star rating because Dr. Squires provided a nice list of the most supportive shoes to buy, except that she actually tried to gaslight me into thinking that I was imagining the problem with the orthotics. I have since heard from other podiatrist's offices that people often have problems with orthotics made by 3-D printers.... read more
I went to West Michigan Foot and Ankle to get fitted for a pair of custom orthotics. Dr. Squires and her team tailored specifically to my wants and needs. Im on my feet all day for work and needed something better than regular insoles. I have noticed that I am able to stay on my feet much longer without discomfort. Additionally, they have improved my running ability and comfort hugely. I recommend and approve of this clinic and their custom orthotics!
