The ladies at West Michigan Foot and Ankle are wonderful! I’ve been there many times for an matrixectomy and have nothing but good things to say about them! Dr Alexus Squires is an excellent doctor! She is very thorough, professional and personable. The whole staff there is very friendly and helpful! I’ve never had to wait long to get in when making an appointment. This practice is a wonderful asset to the community.
I can not say enough positive things about Dr. Squires and the staff. I was able to have x-rays done in the clinic, and walk out in a CAM boot that helped my ankle pain. Dr. Squires is wonderful as well as her staff. 10/10 Recommend
I called this place told them my big toe issue. They squeezed me in even though I am a new patient got to the appointment and they looked at it and they did the toe surgery right then and there everyone was extremely nice and polite. Extremely happy with the service I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. Thank you for pushing my appointment through my toe is feeling much better.
Like so many others posting here, my experience was very positive. Dr. Squires and the staff are both competent and kind. Competent in that my appointment was on time, I never felt rushed - i was able to ask questions and Dr. Squires outlined options and helped improve a very painful issue. And, kind - everyone I encountered was cheerful, friendly, and polite. This is a well-managed office and an easy 5 stars.
Kristi Bearup, NP, from West Michigan Foot and Ankle, is amazing. They have been partnering with the Oceana County Council on Aging to provide podiatry services regularly at the center. West Michigan Foot and Ankle knows that not everyone can make it into their office, so they bring Kristi here to the patients.
