I have been going here for almost 20 years with Dr. Opolka as my doctor. She has seen me through ups and downs in my health and advocated for me when I needed intermittent FMLA in the past. The office will get you in very quickly if you have an acute issue and they have PAs/an NP that are very helpful when your doctor isn't in. They recognize when a health issue isn't in their wheelhouse and will make sure an appropriate specialist referral is made instead of overstepping boundaries. This place barely has 3 stars for a reason. If I could give negative or zero stars, I would. This office is horrible now, and Dr. Opolka is a joke. At least when Dr. Davis was there, she actually saw me, and I wasn't just handed off to some PAs. I was dropped as a patient over a $25 copay. Didn't even know this was a policy! How is this even ethical? My last visit was in April. The front desk told me I was sent two mailings in May and June and that if I had problems with my mail, it's not their problem. Who says that!? Dr. Cindy Opolka, thank you for over 25yrs. This office is beautiful, clean and parking is very convenient with the office being first room on the right as you step in the facility. This practice is truly compassionate, thorough and detailed. It is a shame that this office has gone downhill so much. I had been a patient since 1996 and love Dr Zelasko, but the office staff is out of control, rude and tries to make their own shortcomings the patients fault. The practice manager, Emma, is the root of the problem and needs to be replaced to get this practice back on track.
