I don't understand all the bad reviews on here. I've been coming to this practice since I was 18(i'm now 33). I've seen many different doctors and PAs and it doesn't bother me. Nobody has been overtly rude to me, sure I've had some more serious to the point folks, but this is a medical office not customer service. I've never had an issue getting care or with the front desk staff. I have been going here for almost 20 years with Dr. Opolka as my doctor. She has seen me through ups and downs in my health and advocated for me when I needed intermittent FMLA in the past. The office will get you in very quickly if you have an acute issue and they have PAs/an NP that are very helpful when your doctor isn't in. They recognize when a health issue isn't in their wheelhouse and will make sure an appropriate specialist referral is made instead of overstepping boundaries. This place barely has 3 stars for a reason. If I could give negative or zero stars, I would. This office is horrible now, and Dr. Opolka is a joke. At least when Dr. Davis was there, she actually saw me, and I wasn't just handed off to some PAs. I was dropped as a patient over a $25 copay. Didn't even know this was a policy! How is this even ethical? My last visit was in April. The front desk told me I was sent two mailings in May and June and that if I had problems with my mail, it's not their problem. Who says that!?
