TERRIBLE I’ve been a patient here since I was a teen time to move on because the service here is unbearable the staff is inattentive rude and dismissive. You barely if at all see a professional doctor since Michelle left it’s unorganized, yes I’m aware that things change unfortunately this situation changed for the worst.

I wanted to like this office and providers. I really did! Office staff is nice. Clinical staff is nice. My concern is that I see a PA far too many times in this office. In 3 years, I have seen my doctor only about 4/17 -5/18 times. No offense to PAs, but they are not doctors and when I have more than the sniffles, I want an MD or a DO. Recently there seems to be a high turnover in PAs.. The new ones act like beginners, unsure of themselves and not polished professionally. I don't understand all the bad reviews on here. I've been coming to this practice since I was 18(i'm now 33). I've seen many different doctors and PAs and it doesn't bother me. Nobody has been overtly rude to me, sure I've had some more serious to the point folks, but this is a medical office not customer service. I've never had an issue getting care or with the front desk staff.
