Came from a 'big name bank' to WMCB. Love the small town friendly atmosphere in the Hudsonville branch. Their Bill Pay is fast, simple and EASY. Any problems are solved with just a phone call.

This has been a great organization to work for. I have worked here since 1997
We are attempting to get a construction loan to finish our home. Initial contact was positive, I got an appointment to see the loan officer almost immediately we filled out all the paperwork and things look good. Fast forward several months and the process seems to have stopped. The loan officer will not answer or return numerous calls and messages.
