I used to rent from this guy and from what I've seen and dealt with I would not let him build my daughter a doll house
This contractor is all talk. His famous last words are “We can do whatever you want”. He promises a lot but doesn’t deliver. When he does he asks for more money. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing. He says he can do whatever you want but doesn’t tell you there’s a charge until he’s done. He wanted full payment before the job was done.
