I was impressed with west Michigan Spay and Neuter......I took my feral cat there and they did a great job.....the next day my Cat wasn't doing well so I called them and they did all they could to help me. even gave me a cell phone number after hours. I would use them again. The were attentive and caring.
Very caring handlers, great price, clean vehicle and grounds.
Just had my kitten and one I rescued fixed. They were amazing, thorough, friendly, and took care of my boys! Genuinely care for the furbabies!
I was surprised when I pulled up and saw the location was something resembling a warehouse loading bay with an attached office. However, my mind was immediately at ease the second I walked in. The inside was clearly set up to be a state of the art clinic. The staff was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They took good care of my male cat who recovered very well (he even had a homemade catnip sachet in his carrier when I came to pick him up). I've recommended them to several friends.
