Terrible customer service/experience. Very rude and off putting. First phone call, he initially would not even acknowledge the idea of coming out to provide an estimate for the job, because my cell phone had a different area code, despite telling him that the property was in the Twin Cities. Finally we got past that ordeal and he was going to be in touch this weekend to schedule an appointment. That never happened and he just randomly showed up outside of our house without notification on a Sunday and then called and asked i... read more
