Staff was super professional. The doctor and technician were really nice and easy to talk to. They give full explanation on what they were doing and what they see.
I am very happy with West Metro and the personal touch each doctor and assistant offers. The doctors know their field and the assistants do as well. I particularly appreciate the front desk, which is very helpful and friendly, and has been able to squeeze me in a couple of times when I've had an urgent eye issue.
Dr. Gess and his team is excellent. I recommend his office to everyone.
