I pay monthly for the Home Service Plus appliance repair plan with Xcel but they couldn't come out for 6 weeks to fix my dryer! With 2 kids and 3 dogs, that just wasn't going to work! I called West Metro around 1 pm on Saturday and they booked me for a Monday morning appointment. The staff person was punctual, polite, clean, fast and thorough! 20 minutes later it was fixed! Very reasonably priced too! I am very pleased. Thanks guys!
As a senior citizen I always feel vulnerable when it comes to anything needing repair in my Condo. So when my washer started acting up and I checked online for someone to help me out and West Metro came up as a possible service I was a tad skeptical...but I called them ....longer story made shorter..they came... they checked, did what was needed and when it wasn’t much they just charged for the service call... West Metro Appliance was fantastic. Very knowledgeable on what was wrong with my dryer. They were in and out very quickly and I have had no further problems! I recommend them to anyone!
