Admitted to the step-down unit (6-20-2025), the staff was amazingly polite, very attentive and always helpful. I was there 6 days and everyday and night the entire time, I honestly can state that they take very good care of you. The food was amazing and has a good flavor, very nicely prepared and healthy.

I had an excellent experience today at Lake West Medical Center ER. Zero wait time, very friendly nursing staff and Dr Gerson was so quick to examine me and come up with plan of action and then to provide updates on results and explained what to do after I am discharged. Nurse Lisa and paramedic Emily were so nice to me, reassured me and guided me through the ER experience.
