Amber S was the first person, along with the Paramedic that was taking care of my niece today in the ER at Lake West Medical Center. Amber S was attentive, efficient and was as kind as she could be, making sure that my niece was cared for and had everything she needed. She made sure my niece was comfortable and even got her a little snack when she was allowed to eat. Anytime we needed anything, Amber assisted us to the best of her ability. How did my review get brought down? I gave bad review and they get to take it down? Beware! This hospital waited to charge me until 12 months past my visit. I paid every month on time for anything they billed. Then 12 months later boom, they billed and told me I was past due. The first time they did this I paid it in full. This time they did it and I am paying it in 12 months. But they sent me to collections. They told me to call them and they would work with me but then said I had to pay in full or be sent to collections. I... read more
