Went here for the first time because of my mother. She was having heavy bleeding to the point she loss consciousness (thankfully it happened at the hospital). The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The only iffy part was the security guard. I understand your position and that your not a nurse/doctor but etc but the least you could do was look me in the eye and say “I’m sorry i can’t help with that” not the nurses station is there. Radiology. I recently had MRI with and without contrast 12/8/25 ordered by my PCP and pain specialist. The staff members I want to praise are Ashley, Holly and David. I was truly treated with respect, focused on my comfort and the tests went very well. Thankyou and especially assuring comfort during positioning .
The radiology department is excellent! Just wish you can schedule online like Cleveland Clinic, however check in is very easy. Everything there was super helpful and kind! Fantastic job!
My father in law just had an invasive back surgery and was having severe back pain. He was taken to the emergency room in an ambulance. When he got there he was told to sit on a gurney and wait for a room. He waited for 3 hours in excruciating pain while other people came in and were given rooms. Do they even care?
