We bought a Trane heat pump about 13 years ago from West Mechanical, who also installed and has been servicing it since then. We have had nothing but positive experiences with them—they come twice a year to maintain and service it, are always on time, professional, friendly, and competent. On the rare occasion we’ve had issues with the thermostat (not their fault), they’ve ensured it was taken care of promptly to our satisfaction.
