while during the Covif age they are not letting people in the building they were still fast and thorough with my cockatiel. I spoke with the Dr. after his checkup and he was very personable and explained everything. he gave me a chance to ask any questions I had. the staff is great and I will definitely take my bird back.

Not all heroes wear capes !! Believe me they are my 🦸♀️ heroes!! 🦸♂️ Without ever seeing my 10 year old dog as a patient, they saved her life. She was in critical condition and the other vet didn’t want to do the surgery that was needed to save her life and suggested I put her down. We just took our bird, Loki, and we have never met a better vet than Dr Lutz! We will make the hour drive anytime to get our bird seen by him!
We love this place! He’s the only person in nashville who was willing to do minor surgery on my turtle. Everyone else suggested i put Cookie down. ❤️❤️ He fixed him up and for a lot less than we were expecting. I suggest him to everyone i know who needs an exotic pet vet!
Dr. Lutz and his great staff have cared for our pets for 14 years. He takes time to answer any questions and is very gentile during exams.
Thank you to the staff for the care you gave our bunny Bosco. You made his passing so much more bearable with your treatment of him and us.
