All of the responses say about the same. If the option of no stars was available, that would have been the choice. Just pray for those without a visible advocate.
I to wish there was a no star rating available for this place. 95% of the nursing and cna staff were wonderful. Christian and the rest of the PT / OT team were great. It is the admin part that left a great deal to be desired. I gave new address and phone number no less than 4 times while there. Wheelchair was ordered on Jan. 9th and the company couldn't deliver it because Markham had given wrong information. If your relatives are forced to enter this facility, please arrange to take them something to eat. The meals are horrible.
I just recently spent almost 2 months there for rehabilitation and getting better from being septic. I had the best 2 CNAs ever. First shift: Tonya and Ms.Beverly they were great. Their patients mattered to them. They were fantastic. Also all the therapist I worked with were great �

Every patient we accept becomes part of our family as soon as they step foot in our doors. We are the best when it comes to Nursing and rehabilitation. When it comes to care, we have an All Star Nursing and therapy team that will do everything in our power to ensure you and your loved ones have a pleasurable experience.
