Guy answering the phone was rude today. Lied about sales until I was able to tell him the exact promotion online. Compared to the Bellevue store, it’s a very different experience. The Bellevue employees were exceptionally helpful.

No parking and store is ok
I tried to place an order for Five bronze 5/8 inch – 11 nuts. They said I could come down from Alaska and look on their shelf but they couldn’t help me otherwise . Terrible customer service. They were not willing to to ship or sell anything to someone that was not immediately available to them. I guess I will never shop At West Marine. I used to own a marina in Seattle and I will let all the other marinas know About the lack of service problem existing with West Marine.
I genuinely do not understand how this store is in business. I stopped by to pick up sail slides, which WM sells in a package of 4 for $13.50+/-. Our locally owned marine supply store sells the exact same slides as singles for $0.88, or 4 for $3.52. The WM store wont price match because the other store doesn't sell them as a 4-pack. That is a 380% markup over another retailer, who also obviously is marking up products to pay the bills!
