I hear negative things about this hardware chain a lot-- usually I just grin and bear the gouging and dismissive service, but my last experience with the chain was just too much. I was purchasing a small length of hose, about a foot and a few inches. Guy answering the phone was rude today. Lied about sales until I was able to tell him the exact promotion online. Compared to the Bellevue store, it’s a very different experience. The Bellevue employees were exceptionally helpful.
