Helpful staff. Huge store!
Lynzie was an amazing help to me. I was online and wanted to make sure it was on hand (given it said there was only 1) so I called the store. Fortunately, I was transferred to Lynzie. I asked her to look for the item to verify it was present, and although her system showed there was 1 in the store, it was not available. Lynzie took it upon herself to find the item at another store (found it in 2 Miami stores), called both stores, and then verified that one of them had the item in stock. Great place for water sports (fishing, diving, and recreational). Also boat parts, boat maintenance items, helpful advice, and help finding things in the store. In most cases, their employees seem to be long-time boaters and/or sailors. Often, when they don't have or can't get something, they'll offer the name and number of a different place that might. Their screws/nuts/bolts selection is horribly depleted, but they also seem to be the only place in town that stocks any of those in 316 steel.
