Very young kids trying to run a store that knows nothing about the marine industry. Shelf’s had very little stock and more stuff for saltwater boats . Price was almost 2 times the price of hardware store down the road. Won’t be back.
It takes longer to get stuff from WEST MARINE then it does from Israel,. And you are only a HOUR AWAY!!! WHAT A JOKE,.
I placed an order on July 8th and I received a confirmation on July 14th that my order had shipped and my debit card was charged. On July 27th I found out that my order was never shipped so I canceled the order and four days later I still have not received my refund.

Mask or no mask, make up your mind. Your door signs stating your mask policy conflict with what the employees in the store have to say as well as the policies or other west marine stores in the area. Money taken elsewhere, your loss.
