I placed an order and after a week I got a box should've contained four items only contained two even though the paperwork said there were four in there, I got on the website talk to someone via chat explained that they were missing two of my items, they said they were looking at it ,at that time. They transferred me to someone else who within 20 seconds ended chat.. I had no idea if the order was going to be sent or not very very poor system! Within 10 days I received another box.
