I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience with West Marine was so unbelievably bad that I feel obligated to warn other customers before they waste their money like I did. I bought an inflatable tube from them — nothing fancy, nothing extreme, just a basic product that should at least survive a weekend. It didn’t even last TWO DAYS. The material ripped almost immediately under normal use, and the worst part wasn’t even the cheap, flimsy quality of the product.
