Employees are rude. Not helpful in the least bit. When asked about paint and gel coat was told to just go on the website figure out what you need and call back and tell me what you need. Let the employee know I wasn’t tech savvy and was trying to gel coat my freshwater boat and need to know what I needed in order to do so. Again I was directed to go online and research. They are not knowledgeable about the products they carry.Salesperson told me one thing and West Marine tech support told me something entirely different.
Went in for annual paint sale. Everyone there was very helpful. Prices are great! Very competitive with other marine supply stores.
