West Main is the only place I have taken my dogs since I first got them. They are now 10 and 11. They have an awesome staff and have always taken excellent care of my fur babies.
I have been taking my puppy here since I got her. They are reasonably priced compared to other vets. It's hard to find a vet that is honest and does not nickel and dime you. $55 out the door for multiple vaccines and anti- flea medication is outstanding. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The vets answer questions and are personable. Scheduling is fairly easy, and I like that they are open on Saturdays. We will continue coming here!
I do not want to give bad review the lady on the phone was super nice and helpful I just did not like how I have been calling all morning to make an appointment and there was a busy signal and they do not have call waiting. I just seemed unprofessional. I am wondering if I should start as a new customer somewhere else where I can get a hold of someone if need be....hmmm...
The staff and vets are amazing. I've taken 4 of my dogs to them over the last 8 or so years. They've gone above and beyond for us when we needed them the most. Thank you Dr Brenda for your dedication

My family and I just want to thank the amazing Staff at the West Main Veterinary Clinic. Yuri was our precious baby and even though the outcome wasn't what we had hoped for the care he received was beyond what I could have ever expected. Thank you again for your support and sensitivity through one of the most difficult decisions we have ever made.
