I had Matt resize my Cuban link bracelet because it was slightly too big. He got it done for me on the spot within no time at all and got it perfect on the first shot. Was more than worth the fair price he charges for his service, because after all you're paying for the years of experience, not the minutes taken to be that skilled and precise. Will be doing all of my business here from now on!

I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience at West Main Jewelers. I came in feeling embarrassed and a little nervous. I had a ring stuck on my finger for over 20 years,.and it was time to have it cut off. Matt was so kind, understanding and professional. Took my grandmother here to get some links taken out of her watch band. Charged $11 and it took less than 2 minutes. Should have been free given the amount of time it took.

The shop is beautiful and I received my finished jewelry back very fast. Matt was able to resize my ring and preserve the engraving. He does really amazing work!
