Exceptional service from the moment I walked in! The doctor addressed all my concerns and the staff took their time helping me find a pair of glasses that I am obsessed with now!! Will definitely be back!
Very helpful when I came in wanting to switch from daily to monthly contacts. Came in on a day that wasn't too busy and was out in 35 minutes. Dr. Kat was super helpful going through the eye exam answering questions about switching my contacts, and Kevin found me a discount and even tightened up my old pair of glasses before I left. All of the staff was very friendly and efficient. Great experience!

Amazing establishment. I purchased contacts and glasses from West Loop Eye Care a number of years ago. After damaging my glasses i took them there for repair. Kevin perfectly repaired my glasses, in only a few minutes, and completely free of charge. 10/10 can’t recommend enough. Super friendly and helpful staff.
