I had an absolutely amazing experience here today. Of course, the staff is always very professional and cordial, but today we had FUN. I got checked in and had my pre-test and conversation with the doctor finished well under an hour But beyond that, I felt completely taken care of. I need my old pair of glasses repair - they took care of immediately. I got a new pin for my hat, schmoozed it up about Chicago's Friday Morning Swim Club, and received a new glasses case to replace the one that I have completely smashed to bits. ... read more
I’ve been coming to West Loop Eye Care for about five years. The staff has always been incredibly wonderful. They take the time to listen to my concerns and they offer wonderful solutions. Everyone from the receptionist, the eye wear consultants and the doctors are kind and caring. This is a wonderful place for all your eye care needs.
The team at West Loop Eye Care/MyEyeDr. was incredibly professional, welcoming, and efficient from start to finish. They were thorough, answered all my questions, and made the entire process easy, getting me in and out quickly. A special thank you to Kevin, who helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. His warm, friendly demeanor and patience truly made the experience exceptional. Overall, this was a 5-star experience, and I highly recommend MyEyeDr.!
