Great practice and team at West Loop Eye Care! I've had several appointments with Dr. Shah over the past two years. She's excellent - very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Also really appreciated Kevin's assistance picking out my frames and getting me the best deal possible with my insurance. Great service from everyone here - thank you Pauline, Jay, and Brenda!
Was able to get in quickly for a same day appointment AND 3 appointments in one week. The physicians here were attentive and helped me with getting me back into my contacts before my sister’s wedding!! So thankful it was so easy to get in because at other offices it can take forever to get an appointment. Staff is so kind and welcoming and smiski friendly!
Absolutely amazing service! They are always incredibly friendly, on time, and provide exceptional eye care services. They also have a great selection of frames and is always willing to help pick what looks best on you. 10/10 would recommend!
I have been going here almost 10 and I don't know what has changed in the past year but the service has been horrible. I came in for an exam and called a few days later to try different contacts because the trials they gave me were not right. It took me calling twice and sending a message through the portal for the dr. to call me back 4 days later. I was told they would give me new trials the next day, 4 days later I call again asking where they are and finally get them. They acted like they had no idea what I was talking ab... read more
