After my insurance didn’t cover the eye exam I was hesitant about the price of the contacts brand i usually get but I was helped by Brenda who was extremely proactive in finding me a more cost effective brand! The staff is very friendly and helpful!
I have been coming to this location for over 5 years, West Loop Eye Care's front desk service and Dr. Shah are amazing at taking care of me and answering any questions I have. Great selection of glasses as well.
Kevin helped me with an eyeglass repair and was absolutely fantastic. He made me feel welcome upon walking in, was patient and calm in understanding what needed to be fixed, and was highly professional in conducting the repair, including calling me the next day to let me know it was ready. Would highly recommend this location and requesting Kevin to receive the best eye care customer experience I've received in Chicago to-date!
I broke my glasses (what I thought was beyond repair) but wow did Kevin work a miracle! I dropped off my glasses and within a couple hours he called and let me know that he was able to fix them. I didn't pay a single penny and picked them up so quickly after-- and they genuinely looked brand new. He was so kind and did a great job -- saving me hundreds of dollars on a new pair! Thank you Kevin!!
