I've delayed this review for approximately 2 months to minimize an emotional response and keep the response factual. Our beloved dog, Bentley, was a regular patient at West Loop for 10 years. My wife always stated that the staff was courteous and friendly. As a man, I'm more interested in professional results, which were sadly lacking in our experience. I've been bringing my 2 cats and dog to Forever Vets for 5 years and have never been disappointed with the care. Excellent Vet, especially Dr. Linda Junk. Office staff is exceptional! Amazing service. New groomer who is wonderful! Wonderful care for your pets.
