I want to give a Big Thank you to the ladies in the Leasing Office From Ms Anecia to Jennifer and to Beamer for helping me resolve a Major issue I had been dealing with for the past few months! These ladies went above and beyond to help me and I just want to say Staying at Westline flats going on my 3rd year and I am Still in Love with the Property!
The building is always clean and well maintained. The amenities in the building are more than I could have possibly hoped for. Not only are the staff friendly, but there always seems to be someone in the office when you need them. Also, very pet friendly! Moving terrifies me, but Anecia handled every minor hiccup quickly and professionally.
RENTERS BEWARE!!! Horrible establishment. I went from over a 700 credit score to now 590 because of Bobby Kemp. Was told my security deposit covers last months rent and was returned my check for the amount sent to collections for. Fraudulent establishment. Make sure you keep everything in writing and you record your phone calls. I’ll be alright but could only imagine what something like this would do to someone without the means. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
West Line Flats loves to advertise itself as “luxury,” but living here is a nightmare. Once you sign the lease, management becomes impossible to deal with. Slow responses, ignored emails, and zero accountability. On top of that, they nickel and dime residents with constant fees and overcharges like it’s their whole business model. The property itself is a mess. Dog poop in the hallways and stairwells, trash and cigarette butts everywhere, and nobody seems to care.
