The community is always clean and well kept, amenities great, staff super friendly. Feels safe and good experience overall!
The maintenance team here is on top of things. I've been here for six months and when I need something done they take care of it right away. The maintenance lady is always very friendly and is always smiling and is ready and willing to help out. They both are good people and I really enjoy seeing them around. Loved living here for the first few years. Then I got my car broken into, storage locker broken into, numerous people doing drugs in the stairwells...used to be a great place as can be seen by the reviews, but now it is becoming unsafe. Do not lease here.
Lived here for 4 years and the year my dog passed they demanded a death certificate to cease charging us for a pet fee. My car got broken into but they refused to review the security camera but funnily enough they’ll review their cameras to confirm who tossed what in their garage—which they allow to overflow and let homeless rummage around. Their overnight security is never trained and always kicking people out of the 24/hr gym.
