-2 stars because they marked their meds up significantly since I was last here. Paid 3x what we usually pay. If you can, have your prescription faxed to G&E pharmacy in Edmonton (or a regular pharmacy for human medication). Absolutely ridiculous.
After several visits (4) for the same issue, I left this clinic feeling frustrated and unheard. My dog had a recurring nail injury that was repeatedly treated with antibiotics, but the underlying issue was never properly addressed. I raised concerns multiple times about the condition of the nail and the likelihood of it continuing to split, but these concerns were dismissed. We had our dog in a Leduc boarding facility while on vacation and got a call that she had blood in her urine. We couldn’t get her into her regular vet as it was too far way so we called to see if they could fit her in to check her out and they were great to set up her chart, call led us to inform of what they found, provided options on what we could do and called to follow up a few days later to see how she was doing.
West Leduc vet was able to get our girl in when she hurt her foot on a weekend- her nail ended up having to be removed and they did it the same day. Everyone was super nice. I’m honestly thinking about switching over to them, our vet was like a two week wait for any kind of appointment and they’re not even open on Saturdays. Based on our experience, I would definitely recommend!
