Great staff always answered my phone calls with questions or even if I stopped in with a question about my CPAP machine always been very helpful

This is the most incompetent business I have ever worked with in my life. I took in my script for a procedure 6 weeks in advance....was told oh...order more as your insurance allows for this yearly. So I did.........but GUESS WHAT R****...I get to pay for all of it....wait...less $6. One pair of the support hose did not fit due to improper measurements........but I have to eat those....the other pair I am TRYING TO RETURN but now that is a problem getting a refund!!!!!???? My husbands harness for his CPAP broke, and he didn't have another one. He ordered on 12/3, told them he had to go without his CPAP until a new harness arrived. They did not ship it until 12/19. We will be going elsewhere for his supplies from here on out.
