Mrs. Dr Do is very nice and a very good doctor. The downfall at this practice is the overbooking! With an appt, I waited for 1 hour before I went back to the little room, where I waited for 30 minutes before the NURSE came to take my info...then 20 minutes more before Dr Do came. Why is his time more valuable than mine? I have a family business myself, and we would be out of work if we treated our customers this way.
Very upset patient You wait for at least 3 hours when going to the doctor, I was put on the highest dosage of my medication, which is very dangerous to quit cold turkey. When requesting my refills, I am told that it will be done shortly, I have now been without my medication for 6 days, and still am being told that he will get to it soon. I was also told, quite rudley, that they have 24 hours to fill it. How come I have waited 6 days then? This is the third time in 6 months this has happened to me. great dr this is a great dr he does care so much about the patients and is on call 24/7. i sometimes have to wait a little but but he is so worth the time. he will listen and treat you like you are the only patient
