Wouldn’t pay attention to my kids, kids would constantly come home dead silent. The staff yells at them when they don’t listen. My kids shake and cry when they hear the word daycare. They will separate children from their classmates if they cry and not let them outside. They will charge you 2 weeks of extra tuition even after you unenroll. The teachers won’t speak to you directly and only through email. In person if there is paperwork they literally will not tell you and only hand you a packet and walk away.
THIS PLACE IS AWESOME AND SO VERY THOUGHTFUL. IT MAKES MY DAY TO RECEIVE UPDATES ABOUT MY SON WHILE IM AT WORK. THEY SEND PICTURES THAT MAKE ME SMILE. THEY ALSO ARE ALWAYS DOING ACTIVITIES AND I DIDNT THINK AS A BABY THERE WOULD BE ANYTHING TO DO. THEY PAINTED HEARTS WITH HIS FOOT PRINTS 1ST DAY HE WAS THERE. BEST DAYCARE EVER.!!!! I would give zero stars if I could. They are RACIST. THE PREK TEACHER came new and started targeting my son! Sent a report home and on the report every 5 mins something occurred. My son will tell you if he did something wrong or not and most of them you can tell she was picking and watching my son to make a mistake. This place is not recommended at all
We have had great experiences with West Lake KinderCare and will honestly miss the wonderful team there. They truly care about our little one and work with us to help ensure quality education as well as development.
