Dr. Shell is the best experience I've had with a doctor or dentist in some time. He was patient, honest, and seemed to truly care about giving me the best outcome, while keeping me fully informed of all options. I can't recommend Dr. Shell enough!
While Matthew Dennison may be a fabulous dentist, his office staff caused me nothing but aggravation going on for months. It took 3-1/2 to get insurance properly submitted and reimbursed to me. They insist on upfront payment but will do you "the courtesy" of submitting to insurance and then screwing it up. I was supposed to be assigned the benefits. Nope! Then they "lost the check." Had a great experience here, both with the doctor and the office staff. They are extremely professional and helpful.
Dr. Shell and his staff are phenomenal. They took the time to thoughtfully answer all my questions. The root canal was painless and quick with a perfect result. Best endodontist in Austin!
